Please review names, initials, dates, wording, sizes, colors, and other personalization carefully before submitting your final order details. The information entered on the product page is used as the direction for your custom piece.

Estimated pricing

Products labeled with an approximate price are using a review estimate. Those amounts may be adjusted before production until the pricing is approved and finalized.

Turnaround and need-by dates

Custom product pages include a need-by date field so you can share your deadline. A requested date is not a guaranteed completion date until Bow BAR confirms the timing for the order.

Colors, materials, and handmade variations

Screen colors, material availability, embroidery placement, and handmade details can vary slightly from reference photos. Bow BAR may confirm substitutions or important design changes before production when needed.

Changes, cancellations, returns, and shipping

Final terms for cancellations, personalized-item returns, shipping, and other fulfillment details are still being reviewed for launch. Confirmed policy terms will be posted here before checkout is enabled for estimated-price custom products.
